How to Measure
Follow these guidelines to ensure you get accurate measurements for the perfect fit every time.
Upper Body Measurement Guide
For tops, jerseys, jackets and other upper body garments, please use these measurement techniques for the most accurate sizing.
Chest/Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
Shoulders
Measure from one shoulder edge to the other, across the back at the widest point.
Sleeve Length
Measure from shoulder seam to desired end point on wrist/arm.
Body Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder at neck to the desired length.

Lower Body Measurement Guide
For pants, shorts, and other lower body garments, use these measurement techniques to ensure the best fit for your team apparel.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. For most people, this is at the narrowest part of your torso, typically above the belly button.
Hips/Seat
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks while standing with feet together. This is typically 7-9 inches below your natural waistline.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg/desired length. For best results, measure this on a pair of pants that fit you well.
Outseam
Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg along the outside seam. For shorts, measure to the desired length.
Thigh
Measure the circumference of your thigh at its widest point, typically near the top of your leg.

Footwear Measurement Guide
To ensure the most comfortable and effective fit for athletic footwear, follow these detailed measurement techniques.
Foot Length
Place your foot on a piece of paper and trace the outline. Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
Foot Width
Measure across the broadest part of your foot (usually the ball of your foot). Again, measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
Arch Length
Measure from the back of the heel to the ball of the foot. This helps determine where the shoe should flex with your foot.
Time of Day
Measure your feet in the evening when they are at their largest. Feet naturally expand throughout the day and after physical activity.

Accessories Measurement Guide
For sports accessories including headwear, gloves, and equipment, use these specific measuring techniques for optimal performance and comfort.
Head Circumference
For hats and headwear, measure around your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears, where the hat would naturally sit.
Hand Measurements
For gloves, measure around your dominant hand at the widest point (excluding thumb) and from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your palm.
Neck Circumference
For neck accessories, measure around the base of your neck where a collar would naturally sit.
Wrist Circumference
For wristbands and watches, measure around your wrist bone, adding about 1/4 inch for comfort.

- Have someone help you for the most accurate measurements
- Wear light clothing or measure directly against your skin
- When in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort

What's the difference between body and garment measurements?
Body Measurements: These refer to the measurements of your body and help determine your general size category.
Garment Measurements: These are the actual dimensions of the clothing item, which may include ease for movement and style factors.
Can sizes be customized?
Yes, we offer custom sizing options for team orders. Contact our support team for further details on custom sizing and pricing.
